Two Seatings: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. & 9 p.m. - Midnight
First seating will be a pre fixe menu with a roasted pork carving stations with pork jus black eyed peas hopping John and jalapeño corn cakes, bacon and shallot braised greens, Rosemary garlic lollipop lamb chops, shrimp cocktail, caprese salad, dessert, wine and champagne toast.

Second seating will be a little less formal. Several hors d'ouvres will be passed throughout the night with a roasted pork carving station, cheese and charcuterie, Rosemary garlic lollipop lamb chops, low country crab cakes with spicy remoulade, glazed ham biscuits, shrimp cocktail, oyster shooters, caprese salad skewers, bacon shallot braised collards, tuxedo strawberries, homemade candy bars, champagne toast and one bottle of wine per couple.

Entertainment for Second Seating: Claiborne and Friends from Atlanta, Ga. Claiborne performed in Vegas for many years at various casinos and more recently in concert venues and other Atlanta hot spots.
